PMP Certified | OSHA Authorized | Licensed Insurance Adjuster

About J.W. Crawford

I'm a project management professional and licensed insurance adjuster focused on one thing:

Protecting you the project owner through every phase of construction.

I am here to help.

For most projects, construction problems are not caused by bad intentions.

They happen because owners are left managing contractors, change orders, and insurance settlements without anyone in their corner.

I built this firm to change that.

Since 2015

I have worked in construction estimating, project management, and insurance claims across Texas — on multifamily renovations, commercial buildouts, ground-up construction, and hundreds of residential insurance repairs.

I have sat on job sites, reviewed thousands of contractor proposals, walked hundreds of insurance claims, and seen exactly where property owners get taken advantage of — and where they lose money they should have kept.

My approach is simple:

If the scope isn't clear before you sign, you will pay for it in change orders.

If nobody is watching the work, the work will reflect that.

I believe my greatest achievements go beyond what I have accomplished personally. My purpose has always been to serve — from the Air Force, to the fire service, to now representing property owners who deserve someone fighting for their interests on one of the largest financial decisions they'll face.

Construction is not complicated when you understand it. My job is to make sure you have that understanding — and the protection that comes with it.

"In my experience, a property owner without representation on a construction project is not just at a disadvantage. They are the only party at the table with no professional advocate."

PMP Certification — verified project management expertise requiring 5+ years of documented on-project experience

OSHA 500 Authorized Construction Safety Instructor — trained to not only understand and execute safety compliance, but to teach it as well.

Licensed Insurance Property Adjuster — I can read your insurance estimate and your contractor proposal and tell you exactly where the gaps are.

That combination of experience is what led me to where I am today.
